Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Software Sales) to drive revenue growth and build lasting relationships with potential clients. This role will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities within the software industry.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through market research and networking
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's software solutions
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term value
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay abreast of industry best practices
- Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including inbound marketing and social media
- Prepare sales reports and provide data analysis to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development or software sales
- Strong understanding of software sales cycle and sales pipeline management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with potential clients
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and drive to exceed expectations
