Description Overview:

Royal Corp Security seeks a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker (Old Home) to provide exceptional care and support to elderly residents. The successful candidate will work closely with the care team to ensure the well-being of our valued residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nurse
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Respect the privacy and dignity of residents
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in elder care or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift and assist residents
• First Aid certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of dementia care (preferred)
