Are you a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) looking for consistent work and flexibility in W & SW postcode areas? Join our growing network of assessors via our dedicated platform ‘EarnFlex’ — where jobs are matched to you based on your availability and location. 

As a DEA, you will be responsible for conducting energy assessments of existing residential properties and producing valid Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) in compliance with UK regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments and property condition surveys on domestic properties.
• Gather data on building construction, heating systems, insulation, windows, etc.
• Compile precise and efficient reports with specialized field tools, maintaining strict adherence to quality protocols and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Submit completed documentation in accordance with platform processes
• Act as a professional representative of the platform and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Ensure all assessments are conducted in line with current government legislation.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification.
• Registered on the official EPC Register for England & Wales.
• Own suitable equipment: laptop/tablet, measuring tools, and RdSAP software access.
• Valid ID and Right to Work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
• Good communication and time management skills.
