EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Alness, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our premises and ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and prevent security breaches
• Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to any suspicious activities
• Control access to the premises and verify the identity of visitors
• Protect property and equipment from theft, damage, or vandalism
• Maintain a log of all security-related incidents and activities
• Report any suspicious or criminal activity to the appropriate authorities
• Communicate with other security personnel and emergency responders
• Undertake regular training and development to maintain proficiency in security best practices
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong observational and analytical abilities
• Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
• First Aid certification preferred
