Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure the premises, including patrolling designated areas, conducting surveillance, and responding to alarms and incidents
• Control access to the building, checking visitors' credentials and issuing badges
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by conducting regular inspections, enforcing safety regulations, and reporting any potential hazards
• Respond to emergencies, including medical emergencies, fires, and security breaches
• Report all incidents, observations, and security concerns to management
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, interact effectively with visitors and staff, and represent the company in a favorable manner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and ability to perform duties efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and a keen observation sense
• Proficiency in operating security equipment and systems
• Working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing security operations
