EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Anstey, Leicester. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within the designated premises.

Overview:

• Ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and property
• Monitor and control access to the premises
• Deter and respond to security incidents
• Maintain and inspect security equipment and systems
• Patrol assigned areas and conduct regular surveillance
• Report security breaches and incidents promptly

Responsibilities:

• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• Conduct foot patrols and vehicle inspections
• Manage access control systems, including gate passes and key fobs
• Respond to security breaches, such as unauthorized entry or vandalism
• Investigate and document security incidents
• Train and supervise less experienced security personnel
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
• Comply with all company security policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license (preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience as a security officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and observation abilities
• Physical fitness and ability to handle physical exertion
• Sound knowledge of security best practices and emergency response procedures
• Proficiency in operating security equipment and systems (CCTV, access control)
