EarnFlex Ltd., a leading provider of financial services, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to protect and secure its workplace in Arminghall, Norwich. The ideal candidate will possess strong physical presence, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the workplace premises to ensure safety and security
• Respond promptly to alarms and security breaches
• Inspect and secure access points and ensure proper operation of security equipment
• Control access to the facility, check identification, and issue visitor badges
• Conduct background checks and maintain security records
• Provide customer service and assist employees and visitors as needed
• Report all security-related incidents and maintain accurate documentation
• Comply with all workplace security policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
• Excellent physical fitness and ability to perform demanding physical tasks
• Strong observational and detail-oriented skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in operating security equipment and technology
• Understanding of law enforcement procedures and emergency response protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
