EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Ballater, Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the premises and personnel of our client's business.

Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance systems and patrol the premises
• Perform access control and conduct security checks
• Respond to alarms and emergencies in a timely and effective manner
• Investigate suspicious activities and report incidents
• Maintain security records and prepare reports
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Provide assistance to visitors, staff, and contractors
• Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies as required

Qualifications

• Certified Security Officer (CSO) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
• Valid UK driving license
• Clean criminal record
