Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at our Ballater facility. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or other security incidents
• Maintain a physical presence and deter potential intruders
• Respond promptly to security alerts and incidents, and take appropriate action
• Control access to restricted areas and verify the identity of visitors and employees
• Conduct security inspections and prepare reports to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities
• Supervise and mentor junior security personnel
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, interacting with employees, visitors, and the public
• Stay up-to-date on security best practices and regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer in a commercial or industrial setting
• Strong physical presence and excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using security equipment and systems
• Current knowledge of industry best practices and security regulations
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
• Clean criminal record
