EarnFlex Ltd., a reputable company in London, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to enhance the safety and well-being of its clients and property at its NW7 1LB location within the London Borough of Barnet.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas, ensuring the security and safety of clients, employees, and property
• Control access to the premises, verifying credentials and escorting visitors as necessary
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activities
• Conduct routine security checks of the premises, identifying potential hazards and security breaches
• Assist with crowd control and traffic management during events or peak periods
• Provide assistance to clients and employees as needed
• Maintain detailed logs and incident reports of all security-related activities
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to security
• Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities
• Stay up-to-date on security best practices and technologies

Qualifications

• SIA-licensed Security Officer (Level 2 or above)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar security role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail, observation skills, and situational awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to handle demanding situations
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, alarm systems, and security protocols
• Clean criminal record (DBS check required)
