Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly responsible and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Bartlow, Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and surveillance
• Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and other security systems
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively
• Investigate security breaches and provide incident reports
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security
• Inspect and maintain security equipment and systems
• Control access to sensitive areas and manage security clearances
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Maintain and update security records and documentation
• Report and escalate security concerns to management
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Security Officer (minimum of 3 years)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong physical presence and ability to handle emergencies
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
• Working knowledge of security policies and best practices
• Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or ability to obtain one
• First aid and CPR certification preferred
