Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and vigilant Full-time Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises in Batley, UK. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, observation, and response skills, along with a proactive approach to maintaining a secure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Enforce security protocols and procedures to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of personnel and assets
• Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras and access control devices, to detect and respond to potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both interior and exterior, to identify and mitigate security risks
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and other security-related incidents
• Maintain a detailed log of all security-related activities, including observations, incidents, and responses
• Assist with access control and visitor management, ensuring that only authorized individuals are granted entry
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and other emergency responders as necessary
• Adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent observation and reporting abilities
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Proactive and vigilant approach to security
• Knowledge of security systems and procedures
• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent certification (preferred)
