Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking an experienced and professional Security Officer to safeguard our premises in Beadlow. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills and attention to detail, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees, visitors, and property.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the assigned property to detect and prevent unauthorized access
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious incidents
• Conduct routine inspections of security systems, including CCTV and access control devices
• Report security concerns, breaches, or suspicious activities to management
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and key management
• Assist with crowd control during events or incidents
• Provide directions and assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of security incidents and observations
• Keep abreast of security best practices and maintain up-to-date training

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Security Officer with at least 2-3 years in a similar role
• Strong situational awareness and observation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using security equipment, including CCTV, alarms, and access control devices
• Physically fit with the ability to stand for prolonged periods and patrol the assigned area
• SIA license is required
• First Aid certification is desirable
