Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. located in Bedale, North Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and property.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises through ID checks, patrols, and CCTV surveillance
• Respond to security breaches, alarms, and incidents promptly and effectively
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of personnel and property
• Report suspicious activities, accidents, and security concerns to supervisors
• Maintain security equipment and report any malfunctions
• Assist with crowd control and manage traffic flow during events or emergencies
• Conduct fire and safety checks, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Liaise with law enforcement and other emergency services as required
• Follow company security policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or the ability to obtain one within a short timeframe
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security officer role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and the ability to work shifts
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Proficient in the use of CCTV surveillance and other security equipment
• Clean driving license
