Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our premises and personnel, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and responding to emergency situations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to company facilities, including gates, entrances, and exits
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both indoors and outdoors
• Maintain a detailed log of all incidents and observations
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, such as fire, intrusion, or medical emergencies
• Conduct routine inspections of security equipment, such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
• Assist with investigations and provide witness statements as necessary
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with employees, visitors, and clients

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Strong understanding of security principles and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to perform routine patrols and respond to emergencies
• First Aid and CPR certification
• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems desirable
