EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Bibury, UK. Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of property and personnel
• Conduct regular security checks and inspections of premises, equipment, and systems
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, following established protocols
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
• Maintain accurate security logs and reports, including incident and patrol reports
• Conduct routine security inspections of vehicles and packages entering or leaving premises
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and visitors to resolve security concerns and maintain a professional rapport
• Provide customer service and support to ensure a positive and secure environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
• Proficient in security principles and procedures, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of people
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical fitness and agility required for patrolling and responding to emergencies
• SIA Security Officer License (or equivalent)
• First Aid Certification preferred
