EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Bixley, Norwich. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect suspicious activity or unauthorized entry
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
• Respond to security incidents, including fire, medical emergencies, and theft
• Conduct investigations and document findings in incident reports
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other emergency services as needed
• Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with visitors and employees

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• SIA Security Officer License (or ability to obtain one)
• 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills
• Physical fitness and ability to work in an outdoor environment
• Understanding of security systems and protocols
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean criminal record
