Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join its team in Bozeat. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and well-being of persons, property, and assets at the Bozeat site.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the site premises, both indoors and outdoors
• Screen and control access to the site and buildings
• Respond to security incidents, including emergencies and security breaches
• Conduct security inspections and identify potential risks
• Report suspicious activities, security violations, and any other incidents to management
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests, staff, and visitors
• Comply with all applicable security protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• SIA Level 2 Security Guard License
• Excellent physical fitness and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Previous experience in a security role, preferably in a similar environment
• Proficient in using security equipment and technology, including CCTV cameras and access control systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean driving license with an impeccable driving history
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
