EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Full Time Security Officer for our location in Brechin, Post Code DD9 6BB. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of personnel, property, and assets at the site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment by monitoring access points and patrolling designated areas
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, and take appropriate action
• Enforce security regulations, such as access control and vehicle inspections
• Conduct safety and security assessments and identify vulnerabilities
• Prepare and submit incident reports, security logs, and access control logs
• Operate surveillance systems (CCTV cameras and motion detectors)
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
• Keep abreast of security industry best practices and advancements
• Maintain a professional demeanor and interact effectively with all stakeholders

Qualifications

• SIA License or relevant security certification (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a security officer in a commercial setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Physical fitness to perform routine security duties
• Proficiency in operating security equipment (CCTV, access control, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clear background check
