Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Carlisle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor the assigned premises, both indoors and outdoors
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• Conduct regular inspections of security systems, equipment, and access points
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Interrogate suspects, investigate incidents, and collect evidence
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related activities
• Provide customer service and assistance to employees and visitors
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as required

Qualifications:

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) Level 2 or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
• Excellent physical fitness and the ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
• Ability to remain calm and collected under pressure
• Clean criminal record
