EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Carlisle, CA3 8ES. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises
• Conduct regular patrols of the property
• Respond promptly to security incidents
• Investigate and report security breaches
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services
• Operate security systems and equipment
• Maintain detailed security logs and reports

Qualifications

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) License
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Knowledge of security best practices and legal requirements
