EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Chatteris, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our workplace, assets, and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility, both internally and externally
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems
- Respond promptly to alarms and security breaches
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Perform access control and identification checks
- Liaise with law enforcement and other emergency services
- Report security incidents and provide detailed written reports
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and security regulations
- Participate in security training and development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer in a commercial or industrial setting
- Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent certification
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to emergencies
