EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a diligent Full-Time Security Officer to safeguard its premises in Claydon. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, monitoring security systems, and responding promptly to incidents.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security cameras, access control systems, and other surveillance equipment
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and deter unauthorized activities
• Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
• Conduct security risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvements
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all security incidents and activities
• Provide customer service to visitors and employees
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as necessary

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or a related field
• Excellent physical and mental fitness
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using security equipment and technology
• SIA (Security Industry Authority) certification or equivalent desirable
• First Aid certification preferred
