Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Colchester, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive security services to our clients, ensuring the safety and well-being of personnel and property.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas, including buildings, grounds, and parking lots
• Respond to alarms and security breaches promptly and effectively
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Conduct access control, screening individuals and vehicles
• Protect company assets and confidential information
• Provide customer service and interact with the public courteously and professionally
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other security personnel as needed
• Prepare and maintain security reports and logs
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and security advancements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience as a Security Officer in a commercial or industrial setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work extended hours
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and systems
• Familiarity with security protocols and emergency response procedures
• Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or the willingness to obtain one
• First aid and CPR certification preferred

Workplace

• On-site at client locations in Colchester, UK
• Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
