Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Coleby, Lincoln. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive security services to ensure the safety and security of our client's premises.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the assigned site, conducting regular rounds and inspections
• Enforce security regulations, policies, and procedures
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, including alarms and breaches
• Maintain order and prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas
• Check employee and visitor credentials, and manage the access control system
• Report suspicious activities, incidents, or breaches to supervisors and relevant authorities
• Operate security equipment, including CCTV cameras and alarms
• Conduct thorough searches and inspections of vehicles and individuals
• Provide assistance to visitors and employees as required
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive security logs
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and participate in training programs

Qualifications

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license required
• Previous experience as a Security Officer is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
• Knowledge of security systems and technologies
• Reliable and trustworthy with a proven track record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
