Description Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Corby. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security systems (e.g., CCTV cameras, access control) and respond promptly to incidents
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both internally and externally
• Enforce security protocols and procedures
• Screen and control access to the premises, checking identification and authorizations
• Respond to emergencies and evacuate personnel as necessary
• Report security breaches, suspicious activities, and accidents promptly to management
• Maintain a record of all security incidents and activities
• Undergo regular training to stay up-to-date on security best practices

Qualifications:

• SIA Security Officer License or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to respond quickly to emergencies
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Familiarity with security equipment and technology
