EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises using CCTV, access control systems, and regular physical patrols
• Respond to security incidents, including trespassers, medical emergencies, and fire alarms
• Conduct investigations and compile reports on security breaches or suspicious activities
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Maintain security equipment and systems
• Provide customer service and assistance to visitors and staff
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Participate in security training and drills

Qualifications

• SIA-approved Security Officer license
• Proven experience in a security role within a commercial or industrial setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours and shifts
• Knowledge of security systems and procedures
• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring is desirable
