Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Devizes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises, including conducting security checks and screening visitors
• Patrol the premises regularly to detect any suspicious activity or unauthorized persons
• Respond promptly to security incidents, including alarms, emergencies, and accidents
• Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents
• Conduct security checks on new employees and contractors
• Assist with other security-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid SIA license (Security Industry Authority)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
• Experience with CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, and other security equipment is a plus
