EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Drogheda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and patrolling the premises to prevent and deter unauthorized entry, vandalism, and theft
• Operating security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control, and alarms
• Conducting regular security checks and inspections
• Responding to security incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively
• Enforcing company security policies and procedures
• Investigating and reporting security breaches or suspicious activities
• Maintaining detailed security logs and incident reports
• Collaborating with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Providing customer service and assistance to employees and visitors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as a security officer or in a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
• Knowledge of security principles and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clear criminal record and background check
