EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Dumfries, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and assets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises and surrounding areas
- Monitor security systems and respond to alarms
- Verify the identity of visitors and employees
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Investigate security incidents and report findings
- Maintain security equipment and records
- Stay up-to-date on security best practices and regulations
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of experience in a security role
- SIA Security Guard License or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of security systems and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness sufficient to perform patrol duties
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
