Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Dundee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our premises, personnel, and assets, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, enforcing security policies and procedures
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies promptly and effectively
• Conduct routine security checks, including building inspections, access control, and perimeter surveillance
• Maintain and operate security systems, such as CCTV cameras, access control panels, and alarm systems
• Greet and screen visitors, contractors, and employees
• Document and report security incidents and observations
• Assist with special events and functions as required
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with the public

Qualifications

• SIA license or equivalent certification
• Proven experience in security operations for at least 2 years
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Computer literate with proficiency in security software and systems
