Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team at our Easneye site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect suspicious activity
• Control access to the premises using various methods (e.g., gates, barriers, identification cards)
• Respond to security incidents promptly and effectively, ensuring the safety of all affected parties
• Conduct routine inspections of security systems and equipment, reporting any deficiencies or malfunctions
• Maintain detailed records of all security-related incidents, inspections, and activities
• Provide customer service to visitors and employees, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and access control
• Work closely with other security personnel, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• 3+ years of experience as a Security Officer, preferably in a similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and observation abilities
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices
• Experience with security surveillance equipment and systems
• Proficiency in using computers and security software
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• SIA-accredited Security Officer License or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe
