EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to protect our premises and personnel in Esher, UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security operations, including surveillance, access control, and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure security and safety
• Conduct security checks and respond to alarms and suspicious activities
• Enforce all security policies and procedures
• Control access to designated areas and issue visitor passes
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and reports
• Investigate and report any violations or breaches of security
• Provide assistance to visitors and employees in case of emergencies
• Conduct regular security inspections and identify potential safety hazards
• Keep up-to-date on security best practices and technologies

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the security field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong physical presence and a deterrent demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in CCTV surveillance systems and access control technology
• Basic first aid and CPR certification desirable
• SIA-licensed preferred
