EarnFlex Ltd., a leading provider of security services, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Filey. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security principles and practices and be committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, ensuring the protection of property and personnel
• Monitor security cameras and respond promptly to any suspicious activity
• Enforce security policies and procedures, such as access control and incident reporting
• Conduct investigations and assist with the apprehension of unauthorized individuals
• Maintain a high level of situational awareness and identify and report any potential hazards
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other emergency services as required
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related incidents

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the security industry
• Strong knowledge of security principles and practices
• Excellent physical condition and ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• SIA license is highly desirable
