Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join its esteemed team in Fort Augustus, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding company assets, ensuring the safety and well-being of personnel, and maintaining a secure work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to company premises through security checkpoints
• Conduct regular patrols to deter crime and ensure adherence to company policies
• Respond swiftly to security incidents, including emergencies and disturbances
• Investigate suspicious activities and report findings to management
• Utilize security cameras and other surveillance equipment to monitor and detect potential threats
• Escort authorized personnel and visitors on and off the premises
• Maintain security logs and documentation as required
• Provide customer service and assist visitors with inquiries
• Support other security staff and personnel with security-related tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security officer role
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and procedures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Certified in First Aid and CPR
• Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
