Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Frome. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol designated areas, both interior and exterior
• Respond to security incidents, including alarms, suspicious activity, and threats
• Enforce security policies and procedures
• Perform identity checks and access control
• Conduct regular safety inspections
• Maintain logs and documentation related to security incidents and activities
• Report any unusual occurrences or safety hazards
• Assist with the evacuation of personnel in emergency situations
• Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency responders

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
• Excellent physical fitness and agility
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with security equipment and technology
• Clean criminal record and satisfactory background check
