Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to safeguard our premises and ensure the well-being of our employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles and procedures, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both internally and externally
- Monitor and control access to the building, including checking ID and issuing passes
- Respond to security incidents, including alarms, breaches, and suspicious activity
- Report any unusual occurrences, security breaches, or suspicious individuals
- Maintain security logs and records
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
- Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services as needed
- Provide customer service and support to employees and visitors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer
- Certified in First Aid and CPR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Physical fitness and ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Valid SIA license (preferred)
