Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Fyfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly
• Investigate security breaches and report findings
• Lock and unlock doors and windows
• Operate security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems
• Conduct risk assessments and implement security measures
• Maintain accurate security records
• Work closely with other security personnel and local authorities
• Adhere to all security protocols and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• SIA-approved security license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
• Strong physical presence and fitness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using security equipment and systems
• Knowledge of security laws and regulations
• First aid certification preferred
