EarnFlex Ltd., a leading finance and technology company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Galway, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets
• Respond to security breaches, incidents, and emergencies promptly and effectively
• Perform surveillance and investigate suspicious activities
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Control access to restricted areas and issue passes
• Inspect and maintain security systems (e.g., alarms, cameras, access control)
• Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation
• Cooperate with law enforcement and other external agencies as required
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to patrol extensively
• Proficient in using surveillance equipment and security software
• Experience with access control systems and CCTV preferred
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures and first aid recommended
