EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Gilstead, Bingley. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises and ensuring the well-being of our staff and visitors.

Overview:

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Security Officer will play a vital role in protecting our assets and creating a secure work environment. Responsibilities include patrolling and monitoring the site, enforcing safety regulations, and responding to emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol the premises on a regular basis, both internally and externally
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and access control devices
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with security policies
• Respond promptly to emergencies and take appropriate action
• Control access to authorized areas and manage visitor entry and exit
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required
• Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports
• Participate in security training and development programs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent physical fitness and situational awareness
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
• Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
• Current Security Industry Authority (SIA) license (or ability to obtain one)

Additional Skills and Attributes:

• First Aid or CPR certification preferred
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
