EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Full-time Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our workplace at Gloucester GL1 1AH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, monitoring activities, and responding to potential threats.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols and inspections of the building and surrounding areas
• Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities
• Control access to the premises and verify employee and visitor identification
• Respond to emergency situations, such as fire alarms or unauthorized entry
• Provide assistance to employees, clients, and visitors
• Maintain a secure perimeter and enforce safety protocols
• Conduct basic crime prevention and security awareness training
• Keep accurate records and provide regular reports

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent physical fitness and ability to withstand extended periods of standing, walking, and potentially physically demanding situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain a keen eye for observation
• Basic knowledge of security technology and equipment
• Experience in a security or law enforcement role preferred
