Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage
• Enforce company rules and regulations, including access control and trespassing
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents as directed
• Conduct routine checks of security systems, including CCTV cameras, door locks, and alarms
• Maintain order and discipline within the assigned area, deterring suspicious behavior and resolving conflicts
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and the general public
• Prepare and file reports on incidents, security checks, and other relevant matters
• Stay up-to-date with security industry best practices and training
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in security or law enforcement
• Strong knowledge of security principles and protocols
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using security equipment, including radios, CCTV cameras, and access control systems
• Clear driving record (preferred)
• Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours, including night and weekend shifts
