Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Harborne, Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the premises, both indoors and outdoors
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems
• Respond to alarms and other security incidents
• Enforce security policies and procedures
• Escort visitors and employees in and out of the facility
• Document and report all security-related activities
• Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Security Operations or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Physical fitness and ability to work independently and as part of a team
