EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team at our Harmston, Lincoln location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting our premises and assets, ensuring the safety of our employees and visitors, and responding to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, and other security breaches
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Respond to alarms, investigate suspicious activity, and apprehend intruders
• Maintain order and control access to designated areas
• Escort visitors and employees as needed
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Report all incidents and suspicious activities to management
• Assist with emergency situations, including evacuations and fire response

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and observational abilities
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Current SIA license (Security Industry Authority)
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Clean driving record
