Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol premises to deter and prevent crime
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
• Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and effectively
• Investigate incidents and report findings to management
• Maintain and test security systems and equipment
• Conduct regular security checks and inspections
• Escort visitors and employees as required
• Provide customer service and assist with general office tasks

Qualifications

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for observation
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Experience in CCTV monitoring and use of security equipment preferred
