Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to alarms, emergency calls, and security incidents
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both interior and exterior
• Control access to restricted areas and verify employee and visitor credentials
• Maintain and operate security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and fire alarms
• Conduct security risk assessments and recommend improvements
• Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation
• Provide support and assistance to other members of the security team as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
• In-depth knowledge of security principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
• Security Industry Authority (SIA) license is highly desirable
