Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Keswick, CA12.

Responsibilities

• Enforce security regulations and monitor access to protected areas
• Patrol premises and conduct regular surveillance
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, ensuring the safety of staff and property
• Prevent and investigate security incidents, such as theft, vandalism, or suspicious activities
• Maintain security equipment and systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and communication devices
• Report security observations and incidents to management promptly
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to visitors and staff
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• SIA license or equivalent security certification
• Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to observe and report accurately
• Physical fitness and agility to perform duties effectively
• Knowledge of security equipment and systems
• Professional and courteous demeanor
