Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. in Leicester. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and prevent unauthorized entry
• Monitor security cameras and respond to any suspicious activity
• Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and effectively
• Maintain a secure perimeter around the premises
• Screen visitors and verify their credentials
• Report any incidents or irregularities to management
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Assist with other security-related duties as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Current Security Industry Authority (SIA) license
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and a strong sense of responsibility
