EarnFlex Ltd., a leading provider of financial services, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Lichfield, UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of our staff, clients, and premises.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both internally and externally, to deter and detect any suspicious activity
• Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to any incidents
• Control access to the premises and manage keys and access codes
• Provide a friendly and welcoming presence to staff, clients, and visitors
• Report any incidents, security breaches, or suspicious behavior to management and the relevant authorities
• Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and medical emergencies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment

Qualifications

• SIA-approved Security Guarding License (minimum Level 2)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of CCTV systems and other security equipment
• Experience in a similar security role in a corporate or commercial setting
• Physical fitness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Clean driving license
