Description:EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Ilkley. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and assets.Overview:Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter crime and ensure the safety of individualsMonitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other safety devicesRespond promptly to emergencies including fire, theft, or medical incidentsEnforce security regulations and procedures, such as access control and visitor managementReport suspicious activities, incidents, and breaches of policyMaintain accurate logs and documentation of all security-related activitiesProvide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and colleaguesResponsibilities:Patrol assigned areas, including parking lots, building perimeters, and common areasOperate security gates, check identification, and enforce access protocolsMonitor surveillance equipment and respond appropriately to suspicious activitiesConduct security assessments and identify potential risks to safety and securityTrain and supervise junior security personnel as requiredCollaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessaryPrepare incident reports, security briefings, and other security-related documentationAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocolsQualifications:Previous experience in a security role is essential, preferably in a corporate or commercial environmentExcellent physical fitness and ability to respond to physical threats as neededStrong observation and communication skills, with a keen eye for detailProficient in the use of CCTV systems and other security technologiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFirst Aid certification preferredValid SIA license (or willingness to obtain)GCSEs in English and Mathematics or equivalent qualifications#Earnflex #LlkeyJob #Alertness #Communication #PhysicalFitness #Observation #Patrol #IncidentResponse #Teamwork #ProblemSolving #CustomerService #Integrity
